Do a check that client contact records have the correct names
The data conversion process converts contact records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the names of client contact records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent contact record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 client contact records
- Do a check of a client contact record that you know well (for example, a client contact record of a client that visits frequently)
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
- If applicable, make sure that the Title box shows the correct title.
- Compare the names of the client contact record with the equivalent client contact record of your source PIMS.
