Do a check that client contact records have a relation to the correct patient records
The data conversion process converts contact records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that a client contact record has a relation to the correct patient records. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the relation between client contact records and patient records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent contact record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 client contact records
- Do a check of a client contact record that you know well (for example, a client contact record of a client that visits frequently)
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
- Compare the patients of the Patients section with the related patients of the equivalent clinical record of your source PIMS.
