Do a check that boarding records show the correct patient record

The data conversion process converts boarding bookings from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the applicable patient and client contact of a boarding booking.

Make sure that you have the equivalent boarding record open in your source PIMS.
To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted a boarding booking, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Boarding.

  3. If applicable, use the Department box to select the department that has the boarding facility.

  4. If applicable, use the Species box to show only the boarding facilities that can have bookings for the selected species.

  5. If necessary, use the date button to select a date.

  6. Double click the applicable boarding appointment.
  7. Compare the client of the Client box with the client of the equivalent boarding booking of your source PIMS.

  8. Compare the patient of the Patient box with the patient of the equivalent boarding booking of your source PIMS.

You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the patient and the client of a boarding booking.
