Do a check that boarding bookings have the correct start and end times

The data conversion process converts boarding bookings from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the date and time of boarding bookings.

Make sure that you have the equivalent boarding record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted a boarding booking, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Do a check of a minimum of 10 boarding records
Do a check of an boarding record of a patient that you know well (for example, a boarding record of a patient that visits frequently)

Select Dashboard.
Select Boarding.
If applicable, use the Department box to select the department that has the boarding facility.
If applicable, use the Species box to show only the boarding facilities that can have bookings for the selected species.
If necessary, use the date button to select a date.
Compare the date and time of the boarding booking with the equivalent boarding booking of your source PIMS.
