Make sure that a boarding booking shows the correct locations
The data conversion process converts boarding bookings from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the boarding location and boarding place of a boarding booking.
Make sure that you have the equivalent boarding booking open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Examine a minimum of 10 boarding bookings
- Examine a boarding booking of a patient that you know well (for example, a boarding record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Boarding.
- If applicable, use the Department box to select the department that has the boarding facility.
- If applicable, use the Species box to show only the boarding facilities that can have bookings for the selected species.
- If necessary, use the date button to select a date.
