Do a check that appointment records show the correct patient records
The data conversion process converts appointment records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the relation to the correct patient record of an appointment record.
Make sure that you have the equivalent appointment record open in your source PIMS.
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Calendar.ezyVet shows the calendar.
- Open a shortcut menu for the appointment, then select Edit Appointment.ezyVet shows the appointment settings.
- Compare the patient of the appointment in ezyVet with the equivalent appointment record of your source PIMS.
