Online booking
You can add or remove visit types that show as available for appointments in the Vello client portal. For example, you can add a grooming visit type. To add a visit type, select Create New in the Appointment Booking screen. To remove a visit type, select the trash can button.
Clients can add pets
Clients can use the client portal to add a pet. A client must add this pet information:
- Name
- Age
Note: It is optional for a client to add species information.
Vello syncs the pet information to a new patient record in ezyVet. Previously, it was not possible for clients to add a pet directly in the client portal.
