Changes in the Vello client portal

The Practice Information screen shows your practice's registered phone number. Clients can use the phone number to send text messages to your practice.

Registered phone number

A client can use the Settings screen of the client portal to find practices and connect to them. A client can connect to a practice if:
  1. The practice uses Vello
  2. The client uses the same phone number in all of the practices that they want to connect to
After a client connects to a practice, they can select the practice in the client portal to get access to applicable information (for example, information from the practice about their pets).
