Use Vello to find and show clients who unsubscribed from Mass Communications emails.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Marketing Email Suppression.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the marketing email suppression button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Prescription Refills screen.

Vello shows a list of unsubscribed clients:

The list includes:

• Client email addresses
• The date that each client unsubscribed
• The source system that each client used to unsubscribe

To show the list, Vello automatically sets the source system filter to All sources but you can change it as follows:

Source filter	Function
Practice management system	Select Practice management system to show clients that you used ezyVet to unsubscribe a client from marketing email. For more information, refer to Settings to control marketing information for clients.
New client registration	Select New client registration to show clients who unsubscribed from marketing email during their initial sign-up to Vello. To unsubscribe, a client selected this setting in the Create Your Account screen during sign-up: Receive emails with health tips, newsletters, and promotions. Unsubscribe anytime
Vello client portal	Select Vello client portal to show clients who used the Vello client portal to unsubscribe from marketing email. For more information, refer to Unsubscribe from marketing emails
Mass communications email	Select Mass communications email to show clients who unsubscribed from marketing email directly from a Mass Communications email. To unsubscribe, a client selected Unsubscribe from this list at the bottom of an email.
