Send diagnostic results to a client (client-friendly summary)
Diagnostic results that you use IDEXX VetConnect PLUS to send to clients usually include a full set of diagnostic data. As an alternative, you can send results as a client-friendly summary, which is easier for clients to read.
- Make sure that you have a VetConnect PLUS account
- Make sure that the ezyVet client contact record has an email address or mobile phone number
- Sends a text message or email message to the client that they can use to open the diagnostic result
- Makes the diagnostic result available to select and open in the client portal
- Makes a communication record in the applicable client contact record in ezyVet for staff to know that Vello sent the diagnostic result
