Do a check that the data conversion process correctly converted user accounts of staff members
The data conversion process automatically converts the user accounts of staff members from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted a user account for each staff member.
Make sure that you have the equivalent user accounts of your staff members open on your source PIMS.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
- Compare the user accounts that the left sidebar shows with the equivalent user accounts of your source PIMS.
