Make sure that a contact record of a product supplier has the correct information

The data conversion process automatically converts contact records of product suppliers from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the information of product suppliers.

To make sure that a contact record of a product supplier has the correct information, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Examine a minimum of 10 contact records of product suppliers
Examine a contact record of a product supplier that you know fully (for example, your organization's primary product supplier)

Select Contacts.
ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
Select Suppliers.
Find and select the contact record of the applicable supplier.
ezyVet shows the settings of the contact record.
Compare the name of the contact record with the name of the equivalent contact record of your source PIMS.
Compare the contact methods with the equivalent contact record of your source PIMS.
