Make sure that a microchip product record has the correct configuration
The data conversion process converts product records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the properties of microchip product records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent product record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Examine a minimum of 10 product records
- Examine a product record that you know fully (for example, a product record of a product that your staff use frequently)
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Products.ezyVet shows the configured product records of your site.
- Make sure that the product record has the Procedure type.Note: If the product record does not have the Procedure product type, it cannot have the correct configuration.
- Make sure that the Microchips Patient setting is activated.
