Do a check that a product record of a rabies vaccination has the correct configuration
The data conversion process converts product records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to your ezyVet site. You must make sure that product records of rabies vaccinations have the correct configuration after the data conversion process.
Make sure that you have the equivalent product record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 product records
- Do a check of a product record that you know well (for example, an product record of a product that your staff use frequently)
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Products.ezyVet shows the configured product records of your site.
- Make sure that the product record has the Vaccination product type.Note: If the product record does not have the Vaccination product type, it cannot have the correct configuration for a rabies vaccine.
- Make sure that the Rabies vaccine setting is activated.
