Make sure that a patient record shows the related clinical records
The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted the relation between patient records and their clinical records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Examine a minimum of 10 patient records
- Examine a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Patients.The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
- Select the Clinical Records tab.
- Make sure that the Clinical Records section shows each applicable clinical record.
