The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted communication records that are related to patient records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted communication records, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Examine a minimum of 10 patient records
Examine a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)

Select Patients.
In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
Select Communication.
Compare the communication records of the Communication section to the communication records of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.

You made sure that the data conversion process correctly converted communication records.
