Do a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the price of sales templates
The data conversion process converts your organization's sales template from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converts the total price of each sales template.
Make sure that you have the equivalent sales template open in your source PIMS.
To make sure that the data conversion process correctly
converted sales templates, do this procedure.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 sale template records
- Do a check of a sales template record that you know well (for example, an sales template record that your organization uses frequently)
- Select Financial.
- Select Sales Templates.ezyVet shows the New Sales Template screen.
- Compare the value of the Total Amount box of the
ezyVet sales template with the total value of the sales template of your source
PIMS.
