Do a check that the data conversion process correctly converted line items of sales templates
The data conversion process converts your organization's sales template from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the line items of a sales template. For example, you must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the products of each line item, and the quantity of each product.
Make sure that you have the equivalent sales template open in your source PIMS.
- Select Financial.
- Select Sales Templates.ezyVet shows the New Sales Template screen.
- Compare the product of the Item column of each
line item with the product of each line item of your source PIMS.
- Compare the value of the Qty. Low box and the
Qty. High box with the quantity of each product of your source PIMS.
