About the data validation of sales templates
During your onboarding process, the data conversion process converts data from your source practice information management system (PIMS) into an ezyVet trial site. While your data is in the trial site, you must complete the data validation procedures. The procedures make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your data.
Important: You must complete the procedures before the pre-go-live conversion.
ezyVet customer support recommends that you examine a minimum of 10 sales templates, and that you examine a mixture of different sales templates.
For each sales template, you must complete each data validation procedure. The image and table that follow:
- Shows settings and areas of an ezyVet sales template
- Shows the data validation procedure of each setting or area of an ezyVet sales template
