Make sure that a client contact record has the correct communication records
The data conversion process converts contact records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that client contact records have the correct communication records. For example, records of SMS messages and emails that you sent to the client.
Make sure that you have the equivalent contact record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Examine a minimum of 10 client contact records
- Examine a client contact record that you know well (for example, a client contact record of a client that visits frequently)
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
- Select Communication.
- Compare the communication records of the Communication section with the communication records of the equivalent client contact record of your source PIMS.
