Do a check that clinical records show the correct referral information
The data conversion process converts clinical records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that you make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted information about the referring veterinarian of a clinical record.
Make sure that you have the equivalent clinical record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 clinical records
- Do a check of a clinical record of a patient that you know well (for example, a clinical record of a patient that visits frequently)
Note: It is only necessary to complete this procedure if your organization uses referring veterinarians.
- Select Clinical.The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
- Compare the referring veterinarian information of the Referred By section of the record sidebar with the information of the equivalent record of your source PIMS.
