Do a check that clinical records show diagnostic records correctly
The data conversion process converts clinical records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that you make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the diagnostic information of clinical records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent clinical record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 clinical records
- Do a check of a clinical record of a patient that you know well (for example, a clinical record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Clinical.The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
- Select Medical.
- Select Diagnostics and Treatments.
- Compare the information of the Diagnostic Request section and the Diagnostic Result section with the equivalent clinical record of your source PIMS.
