Do a check that client contact records have the correct address

The data conversion process converts contact records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the address of client contact records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent contact record open in your source PIMS.
To do a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the address of client contact records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
    ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable client contact record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the contact record.
  3. Compare the address of the Physical Address section with the address of the equivalent client contact record of your source PIMS.

  4. If necessary, compare the Postal Address section with the address of the equivalent client contact record of your source PIMS.
You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the correct address of client contact records.
