About the data validation of appointment records

During your onboarding process, the data conversion process converts data from your source practice information management system (PIMS) into an ezyVet trial site. While your data is in the trial site, you must complete the data validation procedures. The procedures make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your data.

Important: You must complete the procedures before the pre-go live conversion.
ezyVet customer support recommends that you check a minimum of 10 appointment records, and that you check a mixture of different appointment records. ezyVet customer support recommends that you check:
  • Recent appointment records
  • Old appointment records
  • Appointment records that you know fully
For each appointment record, you must complete each data validation procedure. The image and table that follow:
  • Shows settings and areas of an ezyVet appointment record
  • Shows the data validation procedure of each setting or area of an ezyVet appointment record
