Give a link to clients for a reviews site

If a client gave your practice a high rating in a Vello survey, you can give them a link to a reviews site for feedback (for example, if a client gives four stars or five stars in a rating scale question in a Vello survey).

Make sure that you have a link to the reviews site that you want clients to use (for example, Google reviews).
To give clients a review link, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure gives an example of how to configure Vello to show a review link for a rating of four or five stars.
Note: This procedure makes a copy of a configured survey. If you want, you can select Create New in step 4 to make and configure a new survey.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Surveys.

  3. Find the applicable survey in the Surveys screen and select Clone.
    Vello makes a copy of the configured survey.
  4. In the Survey Name box, enter a survey name.
    Note: Survey Name does not show to clients.
  5. In the Input types sidebar, select the arrow adjacent to Rating Scale and select Stars.

  6. In the right sidebar settings, select the button to open general settings.

  7. In the Question name box, add a name for the rating scale question.

  9. Select Add Question.

  10. In the right sidebar settings, select the button to open general settings again.
  11. In the Question name box, enter a name for the feedback question.

  12. In the Question title box, enter a message to your clients that includes a link to your practice's reviews site.
    Note: It is not possible for a client to select the link directly in the message. In the Question title box, you can tell the client to copy and paste the link to get access to the review site.
  13. In the right sidebar settings, select the button to open condition settings.
  14. Adjacent to the Make the question visible if box, select the wand button.

  15. Select Select... and select the rating scale question that you added.

  16. Select a rating that a client must select to make Vello show them the feedback question (for example, if a client gives a four star rating in the rating scale question).

  17. Select Add Condition.
  18. Select and and change it to or.
  19. Select Select... and select the rating scale question that you added in step 7.
  20. Select a rating that a client must select to make Vello show them the feedback question (for example, if a client gives a five star in the rating scale question).

  21. Select Apply.
  22. Select Publish.
If a client gives four or five stars in the rating scale question, Vello shows them the feedback question and the link to your reviews site.
