Changes for Vello campaigns

When email messages to a client permanently bounce, Vello does not send campaign emails to that email address. And Vello does not count the client in the audience. Previously, Vello counted these clients in the audience.

This version of Vello includes appointment type in the set of filter types that you can use to send emails to clients. For example, you can select clients that had a dental appointment in the last 12 months.

Changes for medical service reminders

For organizations that have more than one physical location: Before Vello sends a medical service reminder for a pet, Vello does a check for any scheduled appointments with one of the organization's physical locations. If the pet has a scheduled appointment, Vello does not send a text message reminder or a postcard reminder. And Vello continues to send email reminders that includes location information for the scheduled appointment. Previously, Vello only did a check for scheduled appointments at the location that sends the reminder.

Other changes

Previously, most of the screens and tables showed a Load more button.

Vello surveys: You can make changes to a published survey. And Vello keeps a record of the previous versions of the survey. Previously, you could not make changes to a survey after you published it.

In the Logic tab of the Survey designer screen, you can add a review link to a survey that has a rating question.
