Direct Booking

Direct Booking is available for all customers. Direct booking is a type of configuration that you can use for online scheduling. With direct booking, clients can use the Vello client portal to schedule appointments directly in the ezyVet calendar. And it is not necessary for clients to wait for approval from staff for appointments that they schedule in the client portal. Your practice can select direct booking or appointment requests as a configuration type for wellness visits and for sick visits.
