New: Variables in questions for forms and surveys
- The pet name
- The client name
- The practice name
In the question toolbar, select Add variable. Vello adds the variable to the question text. When a client opens the form or survey, Vello shows the value of each variable. When Vello cannot find a value for a variable, Vello shows a general text string (for example, your pet).
Changes
In Client Permissions, the Allow new clients to register and book card shows your booking link and a QR code when registration is on. You can copy the link and give it to new clients. When registration is on but you have not configured online booking, Vello shows a message and a link to Appointment Booking.
Client Permissions settings save when you change them. Previously, you selected Publish changes to save the settings.
In the booking flow, Vello shows more available appointment slots for clients. Vello calculates the available slots with the appointments in the PIMS schedule.
