You can use the Vello inbox to see a video that a client sent in a text message.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the text messages button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Text Messages screen.
3. Select the client's text conversation.
4. Select the video.
