Set the email address that your practice uses to receive client replies

When a client sends a reply to a Vello campaigns email, the reply goes to the email address that you set.

Use an email address that:
  • Staff members monitor regularly
  • Accepts replies (for example, do not use a no-reply email address)
To set the email address, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Campaigns.
    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the campaigns button:

  3. Adjacent to Campaigns, select the cog button.

  4. In the Reply-to email address box, enter the email address that you want to receive client replies to.

  5. Select Save.
