Connect ezyVet to Vello

Before you can use ezyVet to Vello with ezyVet, a practice manager must connect ezyVet to Vello.

To connect to Vello, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Integration.
    The Integration setting in the settings list
  3. Select Vello.
    The Vello setting
    ezyVet shows your organization's information.
  4. Do a check to make sure that the information is correct.
  5. Select I confirm my clinic details are all correct.

  6. Select Connect now.

    ezyVet shows Connection status pending:

  7. Right-click the record tab, then select Refresh.

    ezyVet shows You're connected:
    A You're connected message
    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show You're connected, wait ten minutes, then select Refresh again.
ezyVet is connected to Vello.
To get access to Vello features and configure them, select Customize.
