Get access to your pet's medical records
The Medical Records screen in the Vello client portal shows your pet's health history.
To get access to the medical records of a pet, make sure that:
- You can get access to to your practice's portal
- Your pet is a patient of the practice
Note: Vello only shows medical records from the previous four years.
- In the Medical Records screen, select the applicable pet.
- Select the type of medical record that you want to get access to.
Note: To easily get access to records for a specified year, use the arrow adjacent to the year to filter the records shown in the screen.
