Changes
- The invoice includes all applicable product costs
- Fixed-price product bundles do not include more products than is applicable for the product bundle's price
If you take a PayJunction remote payment from a client and ezyVet automatically reconciles the payment method, ezyVet sends you a memo.
Added an Automated Communication section that you can include in a clinical summary. When you include the Automated Communication section, the clinical summary shows messages that ezyVet automatically sent for the appointment.
Increased the width of the last table column of the invoicing screen.
This version of ezyVet includes many changes to billing triggers. The changes are applicable only to the ezyVet code and they do not change the features, functions, and user interface of the ezyVet app. If your ezyVet site has problems that you think are possibly related to the changes, please make a support ticket or speak to ezyVet customer support.
- A practice manager configured a maximum quantity of a product of a product bundle
- A staff member adds a product bundle to a record (for example, an appointment record)
- The staff member changes the value of a product of the product bundle to a value that is greater than the maximum quantity
Fixes
- Your ezyVet site has a department configuration
- Your user account is signed in to the entity
- You use the Department box of a contact record to select the applicable department
- You select Save
Inventory count: After you select Approve, you cannot make changes to the approved inventory count record.
- To show the same attachment records again and again
- To not show some attachment records
If you change the department of a clinical record, ezyVet automatically refreshes the record tab. As a result, the clinical record has the correct department.
- If a practice manager removes a product tag of a product record of a central site, ezyVet removes the product tag from the product records of each inherited site
- If a practice manager sets Tags to No or Default for product records of a central site, a practice manager can remove a product tag of a product record of an inherited site
- Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to remove product tags if a practice manager synced product records of a central site to an inherited site
- If a practice manager uses a central site to set Sync Products to Yes, and the practice manager sets Product Triggers to Yes:
- A practice manager cannot change the Send to Electronic Treatment Sheet property of a product record of an inherited site
- A practice manager cannot change the Service Fee Override property of a product record of an inherited site
- A practice manager cannot change the Price Override property of a product record of an inherited site
- You cannot use an inherited site's Records dashboard tab to change synced properties of product records
Corrected a problem with invoices that have a related GapOnly e-claim: When a client makes a payment for the remaining cost of the invoice, ezyVet shows a confirmation pop-up window.
When you print medication labels from an invoice, the labels show in the same sequence that the invoice uses to show the medications.
Diagnostic test results from RocketPACS: If a diagnostic test result has a problem, you can identify the result as completed.
- Selects the batch number that is first in a date sequence

Receive invoices: Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to show a gray screen when you selected Print Label.
