Changes
If you record a client's phone number in the Phone Number box of the New Client Communication dialog box, ezyVet does not automatically remove spaces that you enter.
Small design changes to boxes that show information that you cannot change. For example, when you select a box that shows information that you cannot change, the box shows a blue color.
- If a practice manager saves a product record of a diagnostic imaging request that has a product code that is more than 16 characters, ezyVet shows a warning message
- If you try to sync a diagnostic imaging request to Vet Rocket that has a product code that is more than 16 characters, ezyVet shows an error message
- Demeanor statuses do not show in boarding entries of a boarding calendar
- If you hover over a booking entry, ezyVet shows a pop-up window with the correct demeanor status
- With the view mode set to combined view

- The Complete History section
- With the view mode set to standard view
- With View By Group selected

This version of ezyVet includes many changes to billing triggers. The changes are applicable only to the ezyVet code and they do not change the features, functions, and user interface of the ezyVet app. If your ezyVet site has problems that you think are possibly related to the changes, please make a support ticket or speak to ezyVet customer support.
Fixes
If you change the date and time of an appointment, ezyVet sends appointment reminders at the correct time.
Corrected a problem that caused a client statement to show incorrect financial data.
The Overall Inventory Movement section of the Inventory tab shows the date that a staff member dispensed the product.
If you use the {Invoice<name-of-the-wellness-plan-without-spaces>PotentialSavings} template variable, the PDF document shows correctly.
- Clients can download one image of a diagnostic test result
- Clients can download many statements of different dates
- Clients must enter text in the boxes of the Address section
- Clients can schedule an appointment with an appointment type that has Needs a clinical record set to NO
ezyVet uses the address that a client enters in the e-booking system as the physical address of their contact record.
MWI Animal Health: You can change the payment method of the Payment Option setting.
- To not identify a high value of a diagnostic test result with a red color
- To not identify a low value of a diagnostic test result with a blue color
- Active product records of supplied diagnostic tests in the Inactive tab
- Disabled product records of supplied diagnostic tests in the Active tab
If a practice manager selects Require New Password On Next Login, the Password box does not show the user account's last password again.
If a practice manager uses the CSV file upload method to change the price of a product bundle that has Fixed Price set to Yes, ezyVet shows the correct price.
Records dashboard tab: If you do a search for contact records and use the Animal tag filter, the Contacts section only shows records that have active tags.
Payment Summary report: If your ezyVet site has many payment methods with the same name, the output of the report shows an entry for each payment method.
- If the staff member's user account has the Vet setting enabled, ezyVet automatically selects that person as the case owner of the appointment's clinical record
- If the staff member's user account does not have Vet enabled, ezyVet does not automatically select a case owner for the appointment's clinical record
Corrected a problem that caused the Dashboard primary tab of sites with the CUBEX integration to have a long loading time.
You can use the Animals report's Has Contact Tag: (Any) filter to show information about patient records that have a tag.
- The Communication dashboard tab initially shows the subject line Pending generation as the subject text of the email's communication record
- If you hover over the communication record in the Communication dashboard tab, a pop-up window shows the email's correct subject text
- After all applicable persons received the email, the Communication dashboard tab shows the email's correct subject text
- The Assigned Staff Member of a communication record
- The Has Resource filter of the Records dashboard tab
When you make a communication record or use ezyVet to send a message, you can set Assigned Staff Member to System.
Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to not do a system task that is related to product supplier integrations.
