The relation between ezyVet and Vello for email and SMS messages
Vello SMS messages and email messages do not replace ezyVet functions for SMS messages and email.
As a result, it is possible to use Vello to send SMS messages and email, and to use ezyVet to send SMS messages and email. If you use Vello and ezyVet for the same messaging tasks, clients could incorrectly receive the same message more than one time. Thus, it is important to know which system to use for a given messaging task.
